Tribe MayaFire is an American Tribal Style® (ATS®) bellydance performance troupe based in Southern Ontario. Since 2008 the troupe has performed throughout the region at community events, multicultural festivals, fundraisers and private functions. ATS is a modern fusion of Egyptian style belly dance, Flamenco, and tribal dances of North Africa and Central Asia. Elisha MacMillan, BA Hons, CPCC
Professional Life & Biz Coach, Sociologist, Dance Educator & Magic Maker, Elisha believes in the power of dance to manifest, heal, form community, and (re)connect us with our inner JOY! She draws heavily from her experiences of living in Guinea, Mali and Ethiopia, while studying dance. Elisha has toured nationally and internationally during her career in African dance, and grew up studying classical dance forms.
